These Terms of Service govern your use of BudgetMeadow. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
BudgetMeadow is a personal budgeting tool that helps you plan, track, and review your finances. It is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.
BudgetMeadow is not a financial advisor. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.
You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use BudgetMeadow. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
One account per person. You may not create accounts on behalf of others or share your account with others.
BudgetMeadow offers a free plan with basic features and a Premium plan with additional features. The features included in each plan are described on the pricing page and may change over time.
Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your Profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, you retain Premium access until that date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
You own the budget data you enter into BudgetMeadow. We do not claim any rights over it. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we store and protect your data.
We reserve the right to delete accounts that have been inactive for more than 24 months, with prior notice by email where possible.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including for violations of these terms, without notice or refund.
We aim to keep BudgetMeadow available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unavailability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BudgetMeadow and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including financial decisions made based on information in the app.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
BudgetMeadow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, accurate, or meet your specific requirements.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of BudgetMeadow after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
